{"id":801,"date":"2020-03-26T14:36:43","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T14:36:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theatreonmain.co.za\/?p=801"},"modified":"2020-03-26T14:36:43","modified_gmt":"2020-03-26T14:36:43","slug":"lockdown-but-classes-to-continue-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theatreonmain.co.za\/?p=801","title":{"rendered":"Lockdown! but classes to continue online."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Due to the situation we all find ourselves in, the physical school will be closed until further notice.&nbsp;&nbsp; That does not mean there will be no classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am currently working on Zoom, a program for online learning\nso as to continue classes for you to enjoy in your own home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This program can be used on desktop, laptop, cell phone\netc.&nbsp; You download the app on phones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will provide more detailed info as I gain a better\nunderstanding of what I am doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You do not have to learn the program you simply have to\naccept the invitation via email to join me on Zoom that I will send when ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I cannot give you a date as to when this will all\nhappen&nbsp; but do need the following answers\nfrom all of you .&nbsp; Give it thought and\nanswer everything at once please.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Would you be interested and prepared to try this type of learning?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I am\nemailing you on the email I send your invoice.&nbsp;\nShould you want me to use a different email that the dancer will be able\nto see please provide me with that email.&nbsp;&nbsp;\nAlso confirm what cell number for whatsapp you want me to use<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Would\nyou want me to keep the days and times of the classes that the dancers\ncurrently attend.&nbsp; Please remember I\ncannot make too many changes and the whole class has to agree <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>I\nwould like all the 6pm classes to re-consider their&nbsp; time slots and what times would suit them\n.&nbsp; Perhaps morning classes or lunch time.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please bare with me as I attempt&nbsp; this new teaching process.&nbsp; I can see many positive results for everyone &nbsp;but my immediate concern is that everyone\nbecome familiar with the process and I learn not only how to use Zoom but adapt\nto a new way of teaching. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please don\u2019t hesitate to contact me preferably by email and I will reply soonest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay safe, sane and healthy.
