Dance Crew is a listed PBO No 930003191 providing tax exemption certificates (section I8A) on receipt of donations.
In order to create a company one needs to develop dancers. Potential dancers or not always able to afford training. This is why from 1992 we set up through our private school an assistance program which has trained a number of strong dancers and teachers. Of these dancers one is on our board of Directors and works full time teaching ballet for the Department of Education. Another returned to Tulbagh, her home town, where she too teaches for the Department of education and continues her work with us through our rural outreach program in the Boland areas. (See our SABC TV2 Video clip)
However the need for assistance continues to grow hence our request for donations to assist us in the work we already do. A dancer’s training is a long, arduous and costly process. Those requiring more information are welcome to contact us and pay us a visit.
Below are some of the costs involved. By donating, whether a small or large amount, it tells us that you care.
